Ryan L. Smith is a passionate, knowledgeable, motivated, detail oriented Realtor, who brings over 10 years of real estate investment experience in the Metro Atlanta area, to PAR. Originally from New York, Ryan attended College at Hampton University in Virginia, and after college relocated to Atlanta in 2008 with his wife. Since 2008, Ryan has completely immersed himself in the Metro Atlanta market, consistently reviewing housing statistics, analyzing market trends, and studying state & metro area data. In that time he has purchased, rehabbed, and rented several investment properties for his own personal portfolio. For many, buying a home is still the "American Dream", and selling a childhood home with so many beautiful memories can be an emotional painful parting. Ryan's clients can rest assured they are getting a Realtor that takes his role in the process of making a dream come true, and of trying to put a monetary value on years of cherishable memories very seriously, because he's literally invested in the community that he is serving....financially and emotionally.

When Ryan isn't providing exemplary service to his clients or managing his investment properties, he's taking his 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter to baseball practice, tennis practice, wrestling practice, swimming lessons, and guitar lessons. He's also a Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of RLS Personal Training, and in his spare time he trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Alliance Headquarters in Dunwoody, GA, where he holds the rank of Purple Belt.
